Our five acres of unspoiled rural land are nestled among mature hedgerows and surrounded by the breathtaking Gloucestershire countryside. The site offers panoramic views in every direction, set in a peaceful and truly picturesque location.
Everyone is welcome – whether you're a family, couple, group of friends, solo traveller, or a small organised group. Dogs are welcome too.
There are no restrictions on check-in or check-out times – come and go as you please!
In the evening, enjoy cooking or toast marshmallows over a fire pit, or simply unwind besides an open fire.
The true highlight of Pelerine, however, is its spectacular location – a paradise for walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers alike.
This site is beautifully landscaped and offers level grass pitches. The immaculately kept facilities include male and female toilets, shower rooms, family bathroom, disabled access along with fully-equipped kitchen and chemical disposal point. The luxury toilet and washing facilities are of an exceptionally high standard and are always kept extremely clean.
Pelerine is ideally located near the Forest of Dean and within easy reach of charming towns such as Newent, Hereford, Worcester, Malvern, Cheltenham, Ross-on-Wye, and Monmouth. The Welsh border is nearby, and the Cotswolds are just around the corner. The site is only a 10-minute walk from the historic market town of Newent.
We are surrounded by lovely vineyards, one of which is the famous Three Choirs with visitor facilities and a fantastic restaurant. Taxi service to vineyard for those doing the wine tasting. A short walk into Newent Town for shopping and an essential Co op supermarket.

Newent Lake and Park
Newent Lake is the jewel of the town. Originally part of the Newent Court estate, this large picturesque lake lay abandoned for several decades. Set in the beautiful surroundings of a park with many trees and shrubs the lake is one of the areas most attractive leisure spots and is a haven for wildlife. Completely re-landscaped with walks, a new fountain and restocked with fish, the lake now forms the centre piece of the town's many millennium projects. Picnic tables available, plus a new play area for children.
Three Shires Garden Centre
Ledbury Road, Newent One of Gloucestershire's leading garden and leisure retail outlets. The centre includes a restaurant, lakeside café and play facilities for children. Tropical plants, reptiles and an aquatic centre add to this very popular destination.
