If you use our website or expressly agree to these terms and conditions in the course of a business or other organisational project, then by so doing you bind both:
the person, company or other legal entity that operates that business or organisational project, to these terms and conditions, and in these circumstances references to "you" in these terms and conditions are to both the individual user and the relevant person, company or legal entity (unless the context requires otherwise).
Registration and accounts
You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must not access the Park Listing Control Panel for any account that you do not have express permission to do so from the registered Park Listing Account Holder.
Protection of Park Listing Control Panel access
The Park Listing Control Panel is
made accessible without the use of a password by way of a link sent to the email account registered
to the park's letscamp.net listing. A new link to the registered email account
can be requested at any time here.
Subsequently, where cookies are enabled in the browser employed,
it will be possible to access the control panel directly by clicking any of the links titled "Park Owners Log In"
or "Edit My Listing" available on many letscamp.net pages.
Once the direct access cookie has expired or is removed, it will be necessary to once again follow
the link provided by email, or request a new link here.
To remove the cookie and prevent subsequent direct access to the Park Listing Control Panel, click "log out" in
the top menu bar within the control panel.
It is the Park Listing Account Holder's responsibility to prevent unauthorised access to their Park Listing Control Panel
by way of:
protecting against unauthorised access to the registered email account.
protecting against unauthorised use of the browser where direct access to the control panel is available by way of cookies.
where unauthorised use of the browser is a possibility, by logging out at the end of each session utilising the control panel.
Cancellation and suspension of listings by letscamp.net
suspend your listing;
cancel your listing; and/or
edit your listing, at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice or explanation.
Removal of listing by the Park Listing Account Holder
You have the unconditional right to instruct us to remove your
listing from letscamp.net at any point. This will be effected within 72 hours
from the receipt of such an instruction to remove.
You will only be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid if you ask us to remove your listing within
168 hours (seven days) of that listing first appearing on letscamp.net.
Within 168 hours (seven days) of a new listing first going live,
you (the park operator, or authorised staff member) are free to tell us you have changed your mind.
We will then without quibble refund the subscription fee paid in full, cancel your subscription,
and remove your listing. Following this 7 day grace period,
the subscription fee becomes entirely non-returnable.
As your annual renewal date approaches, we will let you know 7 days in advance by email that renewal of your
subscription is due and that the payment will be automatically processed on the renewal date.
Note that you are under no obligation to renew the subscription, or to reinstate the subscription if it should lapse.
When a subscription has not renewed past the renewal date for any reason, we will let you know and your listing
will be deactivated. On subsequent reinstatement of the subscription, your listing will be reactivated.
Once lapsed, your listing will typically remain in the deactivated state for 8 weeks, following which
point your listing will be removed entirely.
If you have elected to pay your annual subscription by PayPal subscription, you can cancel the
PayPal subscription within your PayPal account at any time, or request that we cancel it for you
from our end if you like. Please see this article for more details:

exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section 12 and elsewhere in these terms and conditions:
are subject to Section 12.1; and

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability to you in respect of any contract to provide services to you under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the greater of:
the total amount paid and payable to us under the contract.
You hereby indemnify us, and undertake to keep us indemnified, against any and all losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by us and arising directly or indirectly out of:
any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions; or
your use of our website.
We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time.
The revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website
from the date of their publication on the website, and you hereby waive any right you may
otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of the terms and conditions.
You hereby agree that we may assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
You may not without our prior written consent assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Third party rights
These terms and conditions are for our benefit and your benefit, and are not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.
The exercise of the parties' rights under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

us in relation to your use of our website.

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
