Valley Farm Equestrian Leisure offers camping, holiday lodge, horse riding, residential children's holidays and children's activity days, and farm visitor attraction.
We tend to attract visitors who come to enjoy the abundant wildlife which can be appreciated while walking our farm tracks, and those who wish to take part in the equestrian activities offered on site.
Our Campsite is situated in the beautiful Deben River Valley in a large, level, enclosed, meadow, with hedges on two sides, and pitches round the edge, leaving a central area for the kids to run around and play.
It is a quiet and peaceful location offering a great opportunity to 'get away from it all'. We can get quite busy on bank holidays, so booking ahead at busy times is a good idea.

Our campsite is aimed towards small family groups, couples and individuals who come to appreciate the horse riding, wildlife and dog walks on site. We operate a family campsite, and ask everyone to keep noise to a minimum from 10.30pm.
The campsite is a large, level, enclosed triangular meadow with hedges on two sides, and the western side open with impressive views of the pony meadows and sunsets. Tents, caravans and motorhomes are welcome.
The Lodge is a well equipped, comfortable, three bedroom, single-storey, detached holiday chalet situated in the unspoiled flood plain of the Deben valley. We are only a few minutes drive from the A12, but with the tranquil river and woodland walks surrounding the farm, you will feel miles away from everything.
The lodge has everything you need: a fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc.), a shower room, dining area, three bedrooms (1 double, 1 single, 1 bunk, Travel Cot available) living area with French doors opening onto an outside deck which overlooks the meadows and garden. Ideal for relaxing Summer evenings. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a ramp for wheelchair or buggy access, to the door and deck. Free Wifi, and a selection of books and games. Sleeps between 1 and 5 guests.
