Located just outside Woodbridge its the perfect base to explore glorious Suffolk.
In a tranquil setting within ten minutes of Woodbridge the park has 80 very spacious pitches spread across 20 acres of land backing onto Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve. With a great local pub the Newbourne Fox only a ten minute walk and the river Deben with its peacefull yacht harbour only a stones throw away.
A quiet rural retreat with industry leading extra large pitches, a luxury amenity block, seperate family wetrooms with baby changing and small on site shop / off licence (open until Sept). Providing the perfect base for walkers, cyclists and holidays makers alike to explore glorious Suffolk and the Heritage coast.
We also have an on site fishing lake stocked with carp.
Please Note : we do not allow working or residential vans or groups larger than 2 families. Sorry but no residential type vans i.e. Hobby, Tabbert, Roma, Kabe, LMC, Geist, Xlarge vans etc. Commercial vehicles by prior agreement only - you will be turned away even if you have a booking.
The park is divided into five fields and covers 20 acres of secluded Suffolk countryside. In our main field we have six hard standing extra large serviced touring pitches with 10 amp EHU & on pitch water and in our lower Valley View field we have four hard standing pitches with water only and a view over to the lake - ideal for motorhomes with solar ! We travel around in our motorhome and explore the locality and believe we offer some of the largest touring pitches of any campsite in East Anglia. All fields are well drained and serviced by roadways. Our modern and smart amenity block with propoer amazon thermostatic showers is complimented by two wetrooms for those with young children as well a full Doc M spec disabled wetroom and baby changing facilities.
Well behaved children are welcome and we have a large (1 acre) vehicle and pitch free play area at the bottom of Valley View with play equipment and football pitch - so no ball games etc on the camping fields please. We also welcome well behaved dogs - max 3 per unit and they must be on a lead whilst on site.
The site backs onto an SSSI Suffolk Wildlife Narture Reserve so is surrounded by plenty of dog walks. We also have a footpath direct to the pub (10-15 mins at walking pace) - The Fox Inn Newbourne.
