Southleigh Manor is a beautiful park in the country for all holidaymakers looking for a family-friendly, quiet and cosy place to spend some time to rest and recuperate from life's usual hustle and bustle. Set in the grounds of a mid-19th century Manor House, the park offers many amenities, including a games room, bar, shop, indoor jacuzzi, outdoor large BBQ, outdoor swimming pool and children's outdoor play area.
A family-run business with a family atmosphere, you can hire our own log cabins or static caravans - or alternatively, bring your own touring caravan, motorhome or tent. We reside in the main house where you will also find the reception, bar, jacuzzi and arcade. Dogs are allowed on site, so you don't have to leave your beloved pet at home whilst you enjoy the peace of the countryside. Not all facilities are open all year round. During low seasons only the toilet block and children's play area is available. The bar, swimming pool and reception shop open starting with the second week of May and are available until the end of August
The park is sheltered, slightly sloping and south facing. Most pitches are in sunshine but there are some shady pitches if you require one.
We have an outdoor swimming pool which is heated up to 28°C. There is also a small paddling pool for the little ones.

1. Approaching from the East on the A30
Once you have bypassed Bodmin look out for the A39 junction Highgate Hill. Leave the A30 here which leads down to Highgate Hill roundabout. Follow Wadebridge A39 exit signs to next roundabout signed Halloon roundabout. Again exit at Wadebridge sign A39 and continue to next roundabout signed as Trekenning roundabout. This is the only roundabout in the area with trees on it. Ignore the sign for St. Columb Major and take the fourth exit signposted ‘Springfield’ and ‘RSPCA’. We are 500 metres along this road on the right hand side.
2. Approaching from the North on the A39
Ignore any signs for St. Columb Major as you bypass the town. Do not go into St. Columb Major. The roads are narrow and there is a one way system that is not kind to towing caravans! You will reach Trekenning roundabout on the outskirts of St. Columb Major. This is the only roundabout with trees on it in the area. Take the first exit signposted ‘Springfield’ and ‘RSPCA’. We are about 500 metres along this road on the right hand side.
There are two large green ‘Southleigh Manor’ signs either side of our driveway. You will see a large gate in front of you. Follow the instructions on the gate.
