In terms of location, we’re only six miles from Penzance and some of Cornwall’s finest beaches; Sennon Cove, St Ives Bay and Porthcurno are close by. Our collection of modern caravans are perfect for families escaping to the seaside, ramblers out for adventure or thrill seekers looking to get stuck in to something adrenaline-fuelled.
We have 15 modern caravans at Roselands, sleeping four to six people. There’s a choice of holiday homes depending on your needs and budget. They include the Gwenver, Morvah, Moonstone, Newlyn, Logan, the four person Godrevy, Sennen and the brand new for 2014, the Porthcurno. This large property is 35ft x 12 ft, has double glazing, a modern fully-fitted kitchen, power shower and a private decking area with furniture. All our caravans are dog friendly and come equipped with a gas cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge in their kitchens. Lounges have a Freeview TV and either a gas or electric fire.

By Road
From the A30 Penzance bypass, turn right or left from lands end for St Just on the A3071. Continue forward for 5 and 1/2 miles and before reaching the town of St Just, Turn left at the Brown sign for Roselands caravan park.
By Bus
Catch the 409 Bus service from Penzance Bus Station or St Just Bus station and get off at the Brown Roselands caravan park sign at the Dowran turning there are no bus stop signs just ask the driver. Look for Grumbla in the timetable.
