We are a small family run campsite only a few minutes drive from the popular award-winning resort of Woolacombe, situated in scenic North Devon countryside with beautiful coastal views of the bay, beautiful walks & scenery, golf courses, combined with numerous local activities and interests which make it the ideal location to get away to.

We are situated, with direct access from the campsite, literally straight onto the Tarka Trail and we are within easy walking distance of the local pub and restaurant.

We offer a quiet stay, and we believe that's a quality that shouldn't be spoilt. So, we're strictly a campsite for families and couples only; no large or single-sex groups.

About The Park

Here at Bay View Farmers Caravan and Campsite Site in Woolacombe you will find we have all the facilities you need for a stress-free holiday.

The well-kept, level, grassy pitches at Bay View Farmers have great views of the beautiful North Devon scenery that surrounds this lovely, friendly site.

Our modern shower block provides free toilets, showers and wash facilities with non-stop hot water, electric shaver sockets, free hairdryers, washing-up facilities and chemical toilet disposal. We also have a free mobile phone charging point.

We can accommodate caravans, motor-homes and tents on our pitches, all with level well-tended grass with some having electric supply, and all enjoying the amazing views, so please specify if you require a pitch with electric supply when booking.

Our-Super Pitches feature level well-tended - grass, electric supply, water, grey water drainage and wi-fi.

Dogs are welcome here and the campsite features a large designated dog-walking ; field, plus there's a spacious children's play park with activities, so we're confident everybody will enjoy a break to remember.

The Local Area

Bay View Farmers Camsite in Woolacombe enjoys direct access to the Tarka Trail, making it ideal for cycling and walkers who want to explore the Devon countryside, with over a hundred miles of pathways covering diverse types of terrain.

Woolacome resort is proud of its national Blue Flag Beach Award, with some of the cleanest waters in Devon and with a mass of activities, including Surfing, it's never hard to find something to do.

The beach is dog-friendly, meaning you can go there without leaving 'man's best friend' behind.

There are a diverse range of activities available in the local area from beautiful walks in the surrounding Devon countryside to surfing and kite surfing at Woolacombe beach, Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay.

Bay View Framers Campsite is located in Mortehoe which also has a good selection of bars and restaurants. Nearby amenities also include a farmers' market and local shop.

Woolacombe village has some great shops such as Surf, Food, Clothing, Takeaways, Pubs, Restaurants, Nightclubs ... and much more! We are not far from Ilfracombe, either. For a more lively night out, try the restaurants, pubs and clubs of Barnstaple; the owners will give you tips on the top places to try, and the cheapest taxis to get home.

For great family fun the kids will love the Big Sheep, and the thrills of the Milky Way adventure park. You can also visit Exmoor Zoo or Combe Martin Dinosaur Park, both a short distance from Woolacombe.

Directions

From the M5:

Exit the motorway at Junction 27 for Tiverton and take the A361 North Devon Link Road towards Barnstaple.

Stay on the A361 for approximately 35 miles until you reach the outskirts of Barnstaple and see signs for llfracombe.

At Lake Roundabout take the second exit, following signs for llfracombe and Braunton. After about a mile you will cross the flyover bridge over the River Taw, with a view of Barnstaple on your right.

Once over the bridge, tum left at the second set of lights and follow the A361 to Braunton (approximately 5 miles).

Going through Braunton town centre, continue on the A361 for a further 5 miles until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout.

Take the first exit left for Woolacombe. Bay View Farmers Campsite is about a mile and a half on your right.
