We are the longest running family run campsite designed to cater for families and those who enjoy a relaxing holiday within the village of Croyde.
Just a short walk to the golden sandy, lifeguarded beach of Croyde bay, with its rolling surf and safe rock pools there's something for everyone.
Nestled within the Downs with most pitches having views of the bay, when after a great day on the beach or enjoying the local area, you can sit back and watch the spectacular sun sets over Lundy Island.
We are not a large Holiday Park, but we do guarantee that personal touch as our many regular visitors have already experienced over many years. Bay View Farm has been owned and operated by the same family for many years, and is designed to cater for families and those who enjoy a quiet holiday.
Our site has been awarded four AA pennants. We are very proud of our facilities which include plenty of free hot showers and toilets, family rooms, H&C wash basins, a disabled facility, Baby changing/bath, wetsuit showers & wash facilities. There is a small shop at reception during high season. We offer a freezer pack & mobile phone charging service for a small fee which helps us raise money for local charities. We have a large purpose built children's play area situated safely away from any roads. CLUB WIFI accessible from all of the site. Serviced pitches for tents & tourers & fully serviced touring van pitches available.
Croyde itself is a picturesque village full of old world charm, world famous pubs, restaurants and ice-creams! In an area of outstanding natural beauty and situated within easy reach of four of the UK's top surf spots of Croyde, Woolacombe, Putsborough, and Saunton. There are numerous footpaths within easy reach of our site that offer beautiful panoramic views.
Croyde Beach is a sandy beach with many rock pools for the children to explore and splash about in. The sea is excellent for surfing, windsurfing and fishing. All within a few minutes walking distance of our farm.
WALKS AROUND CROYDE, these are numerous, from an evening stroll to a really long hike affording beautiful panoramic views of the Devon countryside which rolls down to the sandy beaches washed by the Altantic breakers. Two walks must be mentioned, 'The Downs' and 'Baggy Point', both of which are well known but might be missed by visitors less conversant with the area.
