NOTE TENT ONLY CAMPING FOR NON-MEMBERS OF THE CAMPING AND CARAVANNING CLUB (available July & August only).
Mullacott Farm has 30 acres set in the coastal preservation area of North Devon. We have spectacular views of both coast and countryside, as the fields enjoy sea views on three sides; overlooking Woolacombe and Lundy Island to the West, Lee Bay and Ilfracombe to the North, and the South Coast of Wales on a clear day.
We are a Camping and Caravanning Club Certified Site (CS).
Mullacott Farm is a family run farm, with many breeds of livestock, some of them being unusual or rare breeds. If you’d like to bring your family closer to nature on a farm holiday, we’d love to welcome you in.
We have a small flock of Polled (hornless) Dorset sheep. We have breeding ewes, a ram and lambs at the right time of year.
Throughout the year we raise pigs to supply our Bed and Breakfast and camping accommodation with bacon and sausages. We have kept various breeds, and there should always be some to see here at Mullacott Farm.
Follow the A361 to Barnstaple. Continue on the A361 following signs to Ilfracombe. On entering Ilfracombe from Mullacott Cross, 300m from the roundabout turn left, at the brown tourist sign saying Mullacott Riding Stables and Mullacott Farm Camping Barn. From leaving the road, drive through the two white pillars, with horses heads on and take the first turning right. Follow the signs, keeping to the right hand side of the paddock and come up to the farmhouse (building on the right hand side).
Turn right out of the Car Park to the second set of lights, turn right, then straight on to St Brannocks road. Drive past lay-by on right hand side then take the next turning right up the hill, after the brown tourist sign, pointing to Mullacott Farm Camping Barn and Mullacott Riding Stables. Once off the road drive through the two white pillars, with horses heads on and take the first turning right. Follow the signs, keeping to the right hand side of the paddock and come up to the farmhouse (building on the right hand side).
Follow the signs and turn left around the paddock. Park up and come up to the house. If you are just in a car then follow the signs, keeping to the right hand side of the paddock and come up to the farmhouse (building on the right hand side).
If you are towing then keep to the left of the paddock and park up before coming to the farmhouse.
