We are a privately owned holiday park set in beautiful rural surroundings in West Sussex. Situated near the South Downs, only 1.5 miles away from the sandy beaches at West Wittering and the water sports facilities and natural environment of Chichester Harbour.
The parks excellent facilities have given the park 5 Star status under the independent quality grading scheme for British Holiday Parks.
We have been awarded a Gold David Bellamy Conservation Award to mark our commitment to preserving the rural habitat creating a haven for wildlife.
The camp site has 40 pitches for tents and motor homes, each with electric hook up, and is open between March and November inclusive, weather permitting.
There are hard standings for motor homes — and electric bollards throughout the camp field.
We also have camping pods, which will sleep up to a maximum of 4 people (suitable for 2 adults and 2 children). Providing comfortable, secure accommodation without the hassle of putting up a tent.
The Holiday Park has 73 holiday homes for use by their owners and their families (no sub letting allowed), which can be used year round.
The location of the park is perfect for people wishing to explore the local area on foot or by bike. The adjoining public footpaths, bridleways and Salterns Way cycle path lead to the beautiful surrounding countryside and Chichester Harbour. The Harbour has excellent facilities for watersports enthusiasts, with the public slipway at Itchenor only 1.5 miles away, it is the ideal spot to launch a dinghy.
The local safe sandy beach at West Wittering has achieved European Blue Flag Status for the high standard of water quality. It is perfect for families with children to enjoy the beach safe in the knowledge that life guards are always on duty.
The park is ideally situated to explore the picturesque South Downs and local attractions. Historic cities such as Chichester, Portsmouth and Arundel are all close by and mix excellent shopping centres with fascinating places to visit. These include the historic ships at Portsmouth including the Victory, Warrior and Mary Rose, the castle at Arundel and the Cathedral and Roman Palace at Chichester.
From the A27 at Chichester, take the A286/B2179 turning signposted to Donnington and the Witterings. Follow this road straight on towards West Wittering for approximately 6 miles. Redlands Lane is the second turning on the right just past the Lamb Pub. For Sat Navs please use PO20 8QE Redlands Lane.
