Personally identifiable information (hereafter called personal information) contained in or relating to any communications that you send to us or send through our website, including the communication content and meta data associated with that communication. This includes specifically personal information submitted to us through:
  • any of the available contact forms
  • the new listing application form
  • the park listing control panel
  • by email to any @letscamp.net address
Such personal information will be stored securely by us for up to a maximum of five years (with the exception of the case you exercise your right to request we remove your personal information, which is subject to the conditions stated in 5.4), and will never be shared with any third party (see 4.1).

Personal information submitted to us through our website will be used for the purposes specified in this policy or on the relevant pages of the website.

 (c)
Verify compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our website, including monitoring email messages generated via the facility to contact individual parks on the letscamp.net directory listing pages, which will contain the personal information you submit through that facility.
 (d)
Pass the personal information you submit through the facility to contact individual parks via the availability enquiry form found on letscamp.net park listing pages to the applicable park by way of the email to the applicable park the process will generate. The information we pass on to the park in this case is limited solely to the information you provide on the form, along with the date and time you submit the enquiry to us, and your IP address.

With the exception of the purposes listed in 3.2, we will not process or store your personal information, nor pass your personally identifiable information to any third party under any circumstance, unless compelled to do so by applicable law.

Requesting disclosure or removal of your personal information

According to the GDPR, you may request we disclose to you any personal data held on record for you by submitting a subject access request here. We will subsequently need to verify your identity by reasonable means, and with your identity confirmed, we will then provide details of any personal data we hold for you by email within 28 days.

According to the GDPR, you may request we remove personal information held on record for you. The process is to please first submit a subject access request as per 7.1. On receipt of our response to your subject access request, you may subsequently request we remove the the personal information detailed in that (with said personal information hereafter referred to as the disclosed personal information). On receipt of your request to remove the disclosed personal information, and given that the request does not stand contrary to any of the clauses in section 5 above, we will affect the removal of the disclosed personal information within 72 hours, and confirm that fact to you by written response by email within 24 hours following the removal.
